No Tourists

The production of the new album, No Tourists, was focused on live performances from the very beginning: the song structure of the tracks, uncomplicated synth riffs, punchy big beat, chant-like lyrics. The album saw the light of the day on November 2nd, 2018.

During the production of ‘No Tourists’ Howlett kept using Ableton Live and made use of plenty of sound kits. Moreover, Liam reached out to Jim Pavloff (Dmitry Pavlov), a Ukrainian DJ, producer and app developer, who gained popularity on YouTube around 2010 for his recreations of ‘Smack My Bitch Up’ in Ableton Live, and released a virtual synth ‘JimAudio Poison-202’ inspired by the sound of the 80s and 90s analog synthesizers.
